Who is C. Jeffrey Sifers?

• He is an on-staff expert in Charles L. Sifers' concerning field sobriety tests and breath tests.   He is a consultant to Mr. Sifers' on each case that the office represents.   He is a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) certified Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) instructor/trainer and administrator.   He is NHSTA certified on the 1993, 1995, 2000, 2002 and 2004  revisions of these tests.   He is certified by the State of Oklahoma's Board of Tests as BOTH an operator AND a maintenance supervisor on the Intoxilyzer 5000.   He is certified by CMI (the company that manufactures the Intoxilyzer 5000) on this machine.   No attorney in Oklahoma is known to have this certification.   He is has testified in driver's license hearings and court cases on field tests and the Intoxilyzer 5000.   He has testified as an expert in Oklahoma, Georgia, and North Carolina.   He has taught on SFST's and/or the Intoxilyzer 5000 at almost every continuing legal education seminar in Oklahoma since 1997.   No other law office in Oklahoma has ANYONE on staff with the credentials of C. Jeffrey Sifers to assist clients.
