FREE EVALUATION

TO ANYONE YOU HAS BEEN ARRESTED RECENTLY FOR DUI OR APC ANYWHERE IN OKLAHOMA:

I believe I can help you through the difficult situation you now face due to your recent arrest for Driving Under the Influence OR Actual Physical Control. The crimes of DUI or APC are serious criminal charges; NOT simple traffic tickets. Being arrested for DUI or APC has created TWO (2) separate problems for you. They are:
  1. A Criminal Court Case in Municipal, District, or Federal Court:

    This Criminal Court case can result in FINES and JAIL TIME, AND, if your test result is .15% BAC or more, you could be required to attend an in-patient treatment program, complete 480 hours of community service, and install a breath device on your car, even if this is your first offense;

  2. A Civil Case at the Department of Public Safety:

    YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE for at minimum of SIX (6) MONTHS UNLESS we WIN your Hearing at the Department of Public Safety. This is as a result of either your FAILURE OR REFUSAL of the Breath/Blood Test, at the time of your arrest. This hearing MUST BE REQUESTED within FIFTEEN (15) calendar DAYS from the date of your arrest.
My goal for each of my clients is to reduce (or have dismissed) the fines, fees, and penalties for this DUI or APC charge AND, to KEEP YOU DRIVING. Look at the link on the main page under “What you should know” for a further explanation. Please read it thoroughly.

I would appreciate the opportunity to visit with you in person. Please call my office for an appointment at 405-232-3388 OR 1-877-288-9384. This initial consultation is free. The legal fees are reasonable and I can, possibly, arrange a pay-out plan with you. Remember, I only have fifteen (15) days to request a hearing. I urge you to set an appointment with my office as soon as possible.

Sincerely,

Charles L. Sifers
