Who is Charles L. Sifers?

• He is a member in good standing with the Oklahoma State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the National College for DUI Defense, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

• He is a former Regent for the National College for DUI Defense, and the ONLY attorneyİfrom the state of Oklahoma that has ever sat on this Board.

• He was the first defense attorney in OKLAHOMA to become formally trained on the Intoxilyzer 5000 breath machines (in 1996) and the first one to OWN one of these machines.
